What's new
The guide changes every week from what readers tell us. Newest changes are at the top.
Each sheet shows its version number at the top. If you printed an older copy, check here to see what changed.
3 October 2026 · Style first, then drift
- The eight intangibles now sit at the centre of the four lines, two for each part of working life. F1, F2, F5 and S0 show where each one belongs.
- The self-check now finds your working style first, then your drift pattern. It shows how that drift pattern tends to look with your style.
- F5 has a new score sheet, drawn on the same four lines as the on-screen result.
- F3 and F4 say more plainly how style and drift differ. Style is where you start. Drift is how far pressure moves you from there.
- Every sheet now lists related terms, and search finds sheets by them. Try "change management" or "delegation skills".
- We're asking readers which name is clearest for "drift pattern". The question is at the end of the walk-through and the self-check.
2 October 2026 · The guide opens up

- A new five-step walk-through explains the model.
- Find Your Pattern is now on screen. Your answers stay on your device.
- The eight drift patterns are now drawn on four lines, one for each part of working life.
- The front page is shorter, and it starts with situations.
